The title says it all. The Lord wants to save you. It does not matter who you are or what you have done. There is not one person that God does not want with Him in Heaven. Nothing changes the fact that God wants to see you receive the salvation He is freely offering. This may seem impossible but it is the exact message that is given to us through the Bible. The God of the Bible the one who created everything wants to save you!

Ezekiel 18:23 (ESV)

23 Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, declares the Lord God, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live?

1 Timothy 2:4 (ESV)

4 who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

2 Peter 3:9 (ESV)

9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

God wants to see every last person on earth turn from their sins and come to him. Like the father of the prodigal son, God is standing and waiting for you. Longing for you to turn and take the first step back to Him. So He can run to you and scoop you up in His loving arms.

Luke 15:20 (ESV)

20 And he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him.

The Apostle Paul referred to himself as the foremost sinner. He persecuted the church doing all he could to destroy it. But the Lord’s love was able to look past it all. Still, Paul was able to be forgiven for his actions, actions he preformed directly against the Lord. Paul received salvation from the Lord and would go on to write a large portion of our New Testament. His path to salvation shows God is willing to save anyone regardless of their past actions.

1 Timothy 1:15–17 (ESV)

15 The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost. 16 But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life. 17 To the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

You can receive the salvation that God is offering you today no matter what your even recent past holds. Place your al your faith in Jesus Christ. Then by that very same faith follow the biblical plan of salvation as it is laid out in Acts chapter two. Repent of your past sins and make the decision not to turn back to them. Get baptized in the glorious name of Jesus Christ and you will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

John 3:16–17 (ESV)

16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

Acts 2:37–38 (ESV)

37 Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” 38 And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Receive the salvation that God is offering you and ensure your eternity in Heaven. Start living the life that your Creator wants you to live. Free from the grips of sin that have been holding you down. Living in the freedom of the Lord where hope and peace abound.

Many churches today are unable to hold service in person. But many are still open and able to baptize you in the only name that can save. If that is your desire today but you do not know of a church where you can be baptized please reach out to us. Email us at [email protected] and we will do everything we can to find somewhere where you can be baptized. We share in the desire of the Lord and want to see all people receive salvation. Regardless of your past because God will wash all that away. Casting your sins as far as the east is from the west.

Psalm 103:12 (ESV)

12  as far as the east is from the west,

so far does he remove our transgressions from us.
